Clementi Emerald
Clementi Emerald is bounded by Clementi Avenue 6 to the west, Commonwealth Avenue West to the north and Clementi Close to the east. This project consists of 4 blocks with a total of 753 units, spread across 2-, 3-, and 4-room flats. These flats will be offered as Prime flats under the new flat classification, and will have a shorter waiting time.
Clementi Emerald was designed with an aim to transform into a health-centric, nature-inspired living space by seamlessly integrating greenery into residents’ daily lives. On the rooftop of the multi-storey carpark (MSCP), residents can find a fitness station integrated with a garden. The vibrant central courtyard garden serves as the project’s main open space, offering a variety of recreational and communal activities. These include children’s playgrounds, fitness corners catering to adults and the elderly, residents’ network centre and sheltered resting areas. The 7-storey MSCP also incorporates convenient amenities such as a mini-mart, a preschool and an eating house.
Tengah Breeze
Situated near the serene Pandan Reservoir, Teban Breeze is bordered by Jurong Town Hall Road and Teban Gardens Road. The project comprises 4 residential blocks offering 1,086 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, and 5-room flats. The name ‘Teban Breeze’ conjures images of gentle winds and a soothing atmosphere, capturing the essence of this residential project located near the Pandan Reservoir. With residential blocks ranging from 37 to 40 storeys tall, the project is arranged around a central open space, featuring adult and elderly fitness facilities, as well as a children’s playground. Novo Place
A recent successful land bid by Hoi-Hup in Tengah Plantation, Straits Construction will be working closely with the developer to achieve a milestone in project productivity, using digital technologies and operational methods.
Preliminary Design consists of over 500 residential units over 7 tower blocks, with a combination of 3BR, 4BR and 5BR, and will include basement carpark and communal facilities such as clubhouse, tennis court and swimming pool.
The total land area for this project is approximately 16,440 square metres, with a permissible GPR of 2.8 (GFA 46,036 – 41,432 sqm).
This project is within close proximity to the upcoming Tengah Park MRT and the expected sale launch will be in Q3-2024.
Primary consultants involved include ADDP, Ronnie and Koh and Rankine & Hill.

Situation at Thiam Siew Avenue, in District 15, it is within walking distance from Dakota MRT and Paya Lebar MRT, and close proximity to ECP and CBD. This freehold condominium project comprises of 816-units within 4 residential tower blocks of 17-storey and 2 residential tower blocks of 18-storey.
