Tengah Plantation EC Plot B (New)
Hoi-Hup has officially secured an Executive Condominium land in Tengah Plantation, on 14-Feb, which is adjacent to their previous successful bid (now referred to as Plot A). With this successful bid on the southern plot (referred to as Plot-B), Straits Construction will be working closely with the developer to combine the utilisation of all resources across both projects. This southern plot will incorporate PPVC into the design and will see more extended use in digital technologies to improve project performance.
The provisional concept design will see over 610 residential units, in 8 tower blocks, with carparks and communal facilities such as swimming pools and clubhouse. The total land area for this project is approximately 20,000 square metres, with a permissible GPR of 2.8 (GFA 56,107 – 50,497 sqm).

Tengah Plantation EC Plot A
A recent successful land bid by Hoi-Hup in Tengah Plantation, Straits Construction will be working closely with the developer to achieve a milestone in project productivity, using digital technologies and operational methods.
Preliminary Design consists of over 500 residential units over 7 tower blocks, with a combination of 3BR, 4BR and 5BR, and will include basement carpark and communal facilities such as clubhouse, tennis court and swimming pool.
The total land area for this project is approximately 16,440 square metres, with a permissible GPR of 2.8 (GFA 46,036 – 41,432 sqm).
This project is within close proximity to the upcoming Tengah Park MRT and the expected sale launch will be in Q3-2024.
Primary consultants involved include ADDP, Ronnie and Koh and Rankine & Hill.
The Continuum
Situation at Thiam Siew Avenue, in District 15, it is within walking distance from Dakota MRT and Paya Lebar MRT, and close proximity to ECP and CBD. This freehold condominium project comprises of 816-units within 4 residential tower blocks of 17-storey and 2 residential tower blocks of 18-storey. It includes common basement carparks, swimming pools, communal facilities and the conservation of an existing single-storey bungalow within the project. Straddled over 2 plots of land, this project is interconnected with a private skywalk, and skybridges between some of the tower blocks.
Terra Hill
This freehold condominium project is seated next to the core of the Greater Southern Waterfront. Surrounded by plentiful lush greenery and landed houses, and within 5 minutes walking distance to Pasir Panjang MRT, it is also well connected to the west coast highway and AYE. This project consists of 270 residential units over 9 blocks of 5-storey buildings with basement carpark, swimming pools and communal facilities at Yew Siang Road, spanning over a land area of approximately 19,350 sqm.
